Frequently Asked Questions
Arrival time
Guest can take their room between 14:00 and 22:00. Closed gates after 22:00. If you expect a late arrival, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance!
Early Check-in & Late Check-out Information
Early check-in is available from 12:00 PM for an additional fee of HUF 10,000. Guests may inquire about the availability of this service one day prior to arrival.
Late check-out is possible until 1:00 PM, subject to availability, for a fee of HUF 10,000.
Please note that departures after 1:00 PM will incur the full room rate for the day.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can only be accepted in written form (via email). Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations by phone.
Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Terms and Conditions and in the confirmation email.
Parking
Our hotel offers a limited number of parking spaces, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking spot in advance.
Breakfast and Dinner
Breakfast time: from 08:00 to 10:00
Dinner time: from 19:00 to 21:00
Payment, payment methods
Hotel services can be paid for on-site by cash, debit or credit card, or SZÉP card (OTP, MKB, K&H).
The room rate must be settled on the day of arrival, while any additional charges (such as consumption or extra services) must be paid on the day of departure.
Departure time
Guest should leave their rooms by 10:00 in the morning.

SZÉP Kártya felhasználásával kapcsolatos információk
- A szálláshelyen a szállás-szolgáltatással együttesen fizethető bármely szolgáltatás (pl.: masszázs, fogyasztás) SZÉP Kártyával.
- SZÉP Kártyájával foglalót is fizethet. A foglaló SZÉP kártyával történő fizetésekor a későbbi lemondás esetén a befizetett összeg készpénzre nem váltható át, kizárólag szép kártyára történő visszutalás lehetséges.
- MKB és OTP SZÉP kártyás fizetés esetén vendégeink a weboldalunkon azonnal kitudják egyenlíteni az előleg összegét.
- SZÉP Kártyával idegenforgalmi Adó (IFA) nem fizethető.
- Az MKB Szép Kártyához egyedi PIN kód nem tartozik. PIN kód kérése esetén az alábbi kódot kell beütni: 1111.
Smoking
Smoking is PROHIBITED in our building. There are designated areas within the garden/outside.
Wellnes area
The wellness area is open from 10:00 to 21:00. The wellness area includes 2 hot tubs, 2 saunas and a private hot tub. The private jacuzzi is available for use at an additional charge.
Pet friendly hotel
You don’t have to leave your furry friends at home – pets are welcome during your stay. For more information, please contact us.
Privacy Policy
The websites accessible under the name Hotel Zenubia (www.hotelzenubia.hu) aim to present the Hotel Zenubia accommodation and to record booking requests for the accommodation.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations made up to 1 week prior to arrival are free of charge. After this period, 30% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.
